Forest Edge sits on Route 590 at the edge of the Poconos, with a table always ready for one more.
The menu moves with what's good. Chef writes specials most nights — scallops one night, a blue-cheese ribeye the next — alongside the plates regulars come back for: the whole Forest Edge Trout, clam linguine, fish & chips done right.
