Where Friends Gather, at the Forest's Edge
Tucked along Route 590 at the edge of the Pocono Mountains, Forest Edge is a women-owned kitchen built on a simple idea — fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and a table always ready for one more.
The menu moves with what's good. Chef writes the specials most days — pan-seared scallops one night, a blue-cheese ribeye the next — alongside the plates regulars come back for: the whole Forest Edge Trout, clam linguine in a creamy lemon sauce, and fish & chips done right.
Come in for dinner after a hike, gather the family around a table, or pull up a stool at the bar. Dine in with us — or order online for pickup on your way through the mountains.
